Arman Mahmoudi aka StrongArm has been a radio DJ, tastemaker and blogger in the Bay Area hip-hop scene since joining 90.5FM KSJS as a part of his college curiculum in 2010. Since then he has hosted a radio show for 8 years consecutively, broke thousands of artists and records, interviewed the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Pharaohe Monch, Nipsey Hussle, The Jacka, Talib Kweli & more, while also blogging for sites like DubCNN.com, The Thizzler, Teambackpack.net & throwing many local hip-hop shows in the San Jose area showcasing local and West-Coast acts. Arman currently manages a promising recording artist out of San Jose, ZIGGY, and plans to continue to flex his tastemaking and curation skills through new avenues, and remain a voice in promoting promising & innovative hip-hop to the masses.
